I am pleased to offer you a short, initial complimentary telephone consultation. This provides an opportunity for you to acquaint yourself with me without any commitment, while I assess how and if I can support you.
For treatments of warts or shingles, the initial conversation is typically sufficient, allowing us to start with the treatment promptly without the need for an extensive anamnesis.
Main Consultation (Anamnesis / Medical History)
During the initial appointment, we conduct a comprehensive consultation and gather your complete medical history (anamnesis) to develop a holistic understanding of your overall situation. Please bring all relevant medical documents, including laboratory results, medical reports, and information about current medications or previous treatments. This information enables me to formulate a subsequent diagnosis and develop a personalized treatment plan for you. The treatment may extend across multiple sessions, depending on the suitable therapeutic approach, with one or two sessions per week considered appropriate.
We will collaboratively discuss the next steps. In addition to addressing acute concerns, we will explore strategies for maintaining health and preventive measures.

The main consultation is not required for the treatment of warts or shingles.
Fees
Determining the precise expenses for a comprehensive therapy in advance is difficult, given the potential variations based on individual symptoms, physical condition, and the chosen therapeutic approach. Conducting a thorough anamnesis enables me to provide a more precise financial estimate.
Alongside the treatment plan, following the initial anamnesis you will also receive an overview of the associated costs. Billing is based on the fee schedule for naturopaths (Gebührenordnung für Heilpraktiker – GebüH).
Unfortunately, statutory health insurances typically do not cover the costs of naturopathic services. If you have private or supplementary health insurance, there is a possibility that a portion of the treatment expenses may be reimbursed by your insurance.
Please inquire with your (supplementary) insurance to determine the scope of coverage for naturopathic services.
Each treatment will be billed separately. The fee is due immediately and can be settled on-site by card only.
Appointment Policy
As a naturopath, I allocate my time exclusively to your appointment. Therefore, I appreciate your understanding that, for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments, irrespective of the reasons, a fee for the scheduled session might apply.
